Our Client, Tolladine Mission CIO, is a charity delivering Christian mission and social housing in the Tolladine area, Worcester. A Full Planning Application has been submitted for a site on Tolladine Road, comprising 4 self contained dwellings in two modular units. Permission in principle was previously granted by Worcester City Council on 12th October 2023 under reference 23/00677/PIP.
