A personal architectural service

“We are very happy to recommend Matthew based on our experience. He is amazingly good value and has a thoroughly professional approach! Originally we thought we only wanted him to do the design but as mentioned above are retaining him to the end of the project, which we hope will be completed by Easter. Had we gone out to tender we would have had no hesitation in asking him to manage the process.”

“I have printed off the documents that you sent me & I have had a good review of all & may I say first of all, that your drawings & documentation supplied are one of the best if not the best set of drawings that I have ever seen in all my time.”

“Thank you so much for making the Malvern Civic Society Award sub-committee so welcome on 5th April. We very much enjoyed our visit to this iconic Malvern building. It is immediately clear how much you have improved the frontage of the Well House. Until recently it looked run-down and tired. Now it looks in very good order, although its 19th century character has been carefully preserved. The replacement of the timber lean-to by a properly built extension is also a great improvement. Inside the transformation has been even more dramatic. The café and function room are pleasant and comfortable, whilst retaining their cottagey character. The servery and kitchen are amazing improvements which ensure they meet today’s food hygiene regulations. The modernized apartment now provides enviable accommodation.

The people of Malvern can be very proud of their Well House: you have done a good job.

“We would just take this opportunity to formally record Mary’s and my sincere and grateful thanks for all your help across all aspects of what has turned out to be a major refurbishment and new build project. In the early days when we were still in East Anglia we relied on you greatly and without your support at that time and throughout would not now have the home of which you and we can be justifiably proud. Thank you so much.”

“As we are in the final stage of this phase, Tony and I would like to thank you for your excellent design, the way in which you have so professionally managed the project, problem solved and mediated at times. You have created an amazing home for us and been a pleasure to work with. For this we are both truly grateful. We would like to personally nominate you for an award, if you could see if there are any, then we can look in to this, obviously we will include you in all stages. I am a great believer that excellence needs recognition and if by doing this it helps you in the business world, then all of our effort and time will be worth it. So many thanks for everything. I expect to see this on your website, any photos or anything we can do to help just let us know”

“Matthew has provided full architectural support for our single storey extension. This included Preparations, Design and Construction Information, Tender Action, Construction Stages and Handover. The support provided by Matthew has been first class. Matthew shows integrity in his work, is highly knowledgeable in his architectural field and maintained a professional attitude in both written and verbal communication throughout the project with both us and the contractor. The extension work, albeit a relatively small scale project had changes made to the plan prior to the build and we experienced issues during the build itself. When such moments arose, Matthew remained calm and professional and provided excellent advice and guidance so that we fully understood the direction required. Matthew has always been willing to speak on the phone or visit site when necessary. Response to email has been prompt. We would thoroughly recommend Matthew to anyone seeking architectural services.

Many thanks again for efforts.”
